user story: 

As a procurement officer, I would like to have a report-out on my subscription usage and be able to filter on SKU’s (from the active subscriptions) and tags, system facts, etc. This should include, for VDC’s, how many RHEL guests it hosts. Report-out should, as a minimum, support CSV format for further machine based processing.

As a procurement officer I want to be presented with business data, not technical data. The language should be SKU's Entitlements, Usage, Limits, etc. Not systems, etc.
