NOTE: This needs to fetch both regular systems and guests.

Generate a CSV with the following columns:

• id
• instance_id
• display_name
• billing_provider
• billing_account_id
• measurement_*
• category (physical, hypervisor, etc.)
• last_seen
• hypervisor_uuid

NOTE: a column should be added for each measurement with the column name being the measurement.

Testing:

• a csv-only export of instances should work and produce information similar to the current instance table.
