SWATCH-1924 enabled querying rhelemeter by the product label using a list of engineering ids. stage rhelemeter has some mock data/instances reporting to stage rhelemeter for the sake of integration testing, but there were no els payg instances reporting with the proper engineering id (204). To complete that card and enable testing, we opted to update our product configuration definition to match their test instance (eng id 394). We're going to want to change that back to the proper eng id once there's matching data in rhelemeter.
