AWS accounts should be cleaned regularily to prevent billing. 

We need to setup a schedule to run and clean all relevant resources. We also need to have a list of resources that should not be cleaned if some work is still pending on the resource and is still being used. 

Ideally for every retain resource there will be a expiration time set. 

ACC1 - VM2 - Expiry in 2 days

This data will be maintained in a YAML or similar config file and will need to edited explicitly to retain the resource for now, untill we have a better way
