Remove hardcoded endpoint properties in Prod

This task is about to delete the following properties for the deployment in stage:

• RHSM_RBAC_HOST
• RHSM_RBAC_PORT
• SWATCH_INTERNAL_SUBSCRIPTION_ENDPOINT
• SWATCH_CONTRACTS_INTERNAL_SERVICE_URL

When setting any of the above endpoint properties, we are hardcoding the actual endpoint to use instead of using the configuration provided by Clowder configuration.

After the changes in https://github.com/RedHatInsights/rhsm-subscriptions/pull/2775, we are now adding the subscription sync service dependency (see https://github.com/RedHatInsights/rhsm-subscriptions/pull/2775/files#diff-a51abd82d91ba26dc24c7aa58fa54eb8bd506abe079eb3b01f991fe460d39b97R87), so the clowder config file incorporates the subscription sync service endpoints configuration (endpoint, SSL, etc).

Acceptance Criteria

• Remove the mentioned properties from the stage deployment only. There is another task for prod.
