We need to layout a doc/process that should contain the info what we need to do clean the cloud AWS account(s). The clean up means removal of subscribed offerings ( e.g RHODA/ROSA etc). Since sometimes we subscribed to a yearly contract and we can't remove subscriptions after E2E testing, we need to figure out the steps.

Task:

• Create a document detailing the process to cleanup the AWS cloud accounts, and removing the subscribed offerings from it.
• Investigate if there is automation potential for the steps
