As a swatch maintainer, I want a realistic end-to-end flow of usage data for each onboarded product, so that I can be alerted when the PAYG flow stops working.

In order to accomplish this, we'll set up account(s) with private offers where the pricing is $0, and then enable only these account(s) to manually create events to simulate usage.

With QE's support, we'll set up regular usage and alerting/notification when the usage doesn't flow as expected.
