Since we have aws dimension configured currently as vCPU_Hour in swatch config RHEL_for_x86_eus_payg.yaml, swatch AWS billable usage requests may get rejected. Currently we have to do E2E test with Centos_Test dimension and then once AWS corrects the dimension we will revert it back to vCPU_Hour.
