As part of the AccountConfig -> OrgConfig change, the account_number column from the following tables should be removed in the db:

• subscription: unused as of SWATCH-667) (recreate index with org_id, sku if it is still used)
• host: unused as of SWATCH-661 (drop account_number index)
• events: unused as of SWATCH-667 
• tally_snapshot: unused as of SWATCH-667  (recreate indexes with org_id instead of account, if they are still used)
