This card is an extended part of SWATCH-658 where we want to meter product for all orgs
Update updateMetricsForAllAccounts to updateMetricsForAllOrgs method from PrometheusMetricsTaskManager
Update queueMetricUpdateForAllAccounts to queueMetricUpdateForAllOrgs
QE: Since we do not use those operations in our automation, please once verify those are working fine.
Check queueMetricUpdateForAllAccounts operation works for all Orgs
