ROSA strings for graph displays and tooltips contain the wrong references for

• annual vs pre-paid
• casing on ROSA full display name
• ROSA short display name

Expected strings

• "Annual" references should be "Pre-paid"
• ROSA long name should be "Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS Hosted Control Planes"
• ROSA short name should be "ROSA Hosted Control Planes"

Nice to have corrections

• Copy inside the graph legend should add the word "subscription". This helps identify with the graph tooltip display, graph legend should read "Pre-paid subscription threshold"
• Review the use of casing with the "Control" and "Planes". In certain cases they should be lowercased since they're referencing a "thing" vs a "product". Per jprevatt@redhat.com "[lowercase hosted control planes is if you are just talking about the concept]"
