As OCM, I want swatch to move from `subscription_labels` to `ocm_subscription` so that I can retire `subscription_labels`

ocm_subscription contains the same info (see https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/CBDNMS43V/p1687467750816499 ), accordingly, we need to replace all instances in tag_profile.yaml accordingly.

• no references to subscription_labels remain in our codebase
