Produce events using UOM-derived eventType

    Description

      As a swatch developer, I want MeteringEventFactory to produce events w/ "snapshot_$productId_$uom" EventType, so that I can later unify uom and metricId.

      Done:

      • MeteringEventFactory produces event types of only "snapshot_$productId_$uom".

      Note: blocked by SWATCH-1373 landing in prod

       

      To test:

      • Trigger a metrics sync from Prometheus and then go fetch events and verify snapshot_$productId_$uom
