Re-enable reproduction of an EE via command from a Jenkins job

      Previously, you used to be able to take a bonfire deploy command from the logs in jenkins, and run it from a local command line to reproduce IQE test failures.

      For some reason, that's now not working.  

      It seems related to how PR branches get merged with main first - which generates a new revision hash (bottom of the next screenshot)

      This is resulting in 404 errors when trying to look up the clowdapp template.  The screenshot below is from the Jenkins job, which ends up working due to the rhsm code being located in the working dir.  Locally though, the 404 happens and then the rest of the job fails because it can't find a clowdapp.yaml file.

      To reproduce this, make sure your local bonfire config file doesn't have configurations to pull templates from your local machine instead of github.
