After liquadbase  & UMB message changes and the POST create contract method using test API. This sub-task is to finish. This shouldn't block anything. 

• vendorProductCode needs to be returned as part of the payload on GET.  Also make vendorProductCode an optional query param (Completed)
• PUT should not allow you to edit vendorProductCode (Completed in PR)
• Add VendorProductCode as part of the query for Admin API.
• Update Unit Test for PUT & GET & POST method in testing resource (Completed)
