Epic Goal

Support upstream feature in $SUMMARY in OCP as GA, i.e. test it and have docs for it.

This feature is useful only to CSI driver vendors, it should be invisible to users. Therefore no docs are probably needed.

The only CSI driver that we ship and will benefit from this is Azure File CSI driver and it's a prerequisite to get Azure File CSI migration GA. You can test this feature as part of Azure File CSI driver tests + its CSI migration tests.

Why is this important?

• We get this upstream feature through Kubernetes rebase. We should ensure it works well in OCP and we have docs for it.
