Check if operator can use credentials provided by CCO

      Currently, Azure Disk CSI Driver uses the credentials file available in the node. It does that by setting the AZURE_CREDENTIAL_FILE environment variable:

       

      env:
 - name: AZURE_CREDENTIAL_FILE
 value: "/etc/kubernetes/cloud.conf"

      Ideally, credentials tailored for the driver should be provided by CCO, like what's done in GCP PD.
