      From the log (take OCP-24525 as an example):

      1. selected the right node (not edge)
      2. volume attached successfully
      3. created lv, but we don't check if pv is generated (time-consuming)
      4. PVC is waiting pod to be scheduled but the pod doesn't find an available pv

      IMO, it looks like the pv is not ready somehow, but we don't have chance to check LSO logs in must-gather.
