Epic Goal
To establish a unified, maintainable, and efficient automation strategy within the Storage team by aligning on tools, practices, and test structure, and deprecating legacy or redundant cases.
Why is this important? (mandatory)
Automation within the Storage team has evolved over time with different practices, tools, and frameworks. This has led to inconsistency, duplicated efforts, and increased maintenance cost. A unified automation strategy will:
- Improve maintainability and scalability of automation code
- Reduce redundancy and technical debt
- Align the team on a common approach to automation
- Increase efficiency in test execution and development
- Enable faster onboarding and better collaboration within the team
Contributing Teams(and contacts) (mandatory)
