Epic Goal*

Add e2e tests that ensure vsphere-problem-detector emits the expected metrics + alerts for checks. Go through the detector checks and write e2e tests where it makes sense.

 
Why is this important? (mandatory)

We got a regression in OCPBUGS-54773. That could have been caught in CI.

1.  As OCP developer, I get e2e test failures when I break the detector.
