Figure out environment and driver support for hostgroups

We need to figure out if devqe environment supports hostgroups.

We also need to figure out if CSI driver supports hostgroup as zones.

[STOR-2082] Figure out environment and driver support for hostgroups

I know what environment we need for testing and developing hostGroup support now. So I am going to close this case.

We typically need a compute cluster as a region and invidiual hostGroups as zone. I have added a crude diagram here - https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DPP-15637?focusedId=25680918&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#comment-25680918

The devqe environment does not support hosgroups by default. I do not have necessary permission to configure hostgroups anyways in devqe environment. I filed https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DPP-15637 to add support for hostgroups in devqe environment.
