As 3rd party CSI driver vendor, I want results of CSI certifications tests readable and relevant to my CSI driver.

Currently, openshift-tests output is massively polluted by results of OCP monitors. These monitors check OCP itself and are not related to the CSI driver test or its health. We need an option to disable these monitors.
