Add more instance type coverage for max_attachable disk in CSI Driver 

Why is this important?

We hit  https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-4185 that attachable-volumes-aws-ebs is incorrect for some AWS instance types.

We already automate case in 57148-[CSI Driver] Attachable volume number on each node should obey CSINode allocatable count for different instance types, but it could not cover too much instance type.

Checked with installer team, they have some auto case to cover more support instance type and we could add our test after that to cover more scenarios.
