Release WildFly OpenSSL Natives 2.2.0.SP01

      The Linux native for 2.2.0.Final was compiled with glibc 2.34. This caused the following issue in the Ubuntu CI run:

      Caused by: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /home/runner/work/wildfly-openssl/wildfly-openssl/java/target/tmp-12315584110332453156openssl/libwfssl.so: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.34' not found (required by /home/runner/work/wildfly-openssl/wildfly-openssl/java/target/tmp-12315584110332453156openssl/libwfssl.so)

      This needs to be recompiled with a lower version of glibc (e.g., 2.33).
