Document the SS-CSI Driver design

Acceptance criterion:

• Detailed design information including key components and interactions.
• Request flow through from kubelet all the way till volume provisioning.
• Error scenario handling.
• Deployment description.
• Security requirements. (ex: what minimum privileges are needed by the driver)
• Design patterns used?
• Any anti-patterns spotted?
• Limitations of existing design
