      As a developer, I want a CI presubmit job to regress aws e2e tests on the ss-csi operator repo.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      A CI pre-submit job is introduced, which will provision an OpenShift AWS STS cluster and execute the make e2e-aws target to run the SSCSI upstream AWS test suite from the SSCSI operator repo.
