As a developer, I want a CI pre-submit job and workflow to regress AWS end-to-end tests on the Secrets Store CSI (SSCSI) operator, so that changes to the operator are automatically validated against real AWS environments before merging.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A CI workflow is introduced.

• The workflow provisions an OpenShift AWS STS cluster.

• The Secrets Store CSI Operator is installed on the provisioned cluster.

• AWS account permissions are configured as required by the tests.

• The make e2e-aws target is executed to run the SSCSI upstream AWS test suite.
