We have request from one customer to support HPA for serverless logic operator.

Requirement -: The operator should support HPA and PDB natively for the sonatflow and platform instances

Current Behavior -: When HPA tries to Scale up the replicas for (index-service,job-service) operator or controller scale up and immediately terminates the newly created pod. Manual scaling for replicas(2 or 3) using CR works for sonataflow and sontaflowplatform(index-service) works.

Expected Behavior -: Should be able to scale up using HPA
