my build is failing with error

OSBS is trying to talk to the remote Podman/libpod builder over the network.
The TCP write to 10.1.96.17:22 timed out →looks like a SSH / network connectivity issue between OSBS components 
 
Return code 125   build failed due to an infrastructure/runtime problem
 there is an issue with the aarch64 builder or network on the OSBS side?
