We need to upgrade to 9.34.4

Upgrade to CPaaS v9.34.4 to address S3 bucket failures
On December 1st, the RDU2 PSI F5 Load Balancers were decommissioned. We were unaware that these load balancers were providing our access to the S3 storage buckets. We have updated CPaaS to reference the S3 buckets directly and the IT Networking team has update the ACLs so our cluster can access the S3 servers. All users will need to update to v9.34.4 or their pipelines will fail when connecting to the S3 servers.
