Due to a refactoring upstream, the midstream image does not have the build.sh script available anymore.

In order to fix this issue, we split the builder module into two upstream modules: unpack and runtime.

After this merge and sync midstream is done, we can add the new runtime module to the OSL builder image and reestablish the script to the image.
