Summary

Build of OSL product nightly is not finishing because it has issue with artifacts download from Nexus in ITUP environment. The point of failures can be random, but in general the new Nexus instance is not able to cope with the demand and results in timeouts or other errors (root cause is same, download is not completed before timeout)

This issue will likely affect product CR build too.

Steps to reproduce

This issue can be reproduced in many ways, but in general it happens when building maven projects using new nexus instance.

1. Ensure you are using the new nexus instance
2. Run a maven build

Run the prod nightly job of kogito

Actual results

Build fails on download of an artifact.

Expected results

Build succeeds.

Testing

We validate that the Nexus instance is configured according to our needs.
