Customize the product nightly CI pipeline to use new kubesmarts/kie-tools and kubesmarts/osl-images repositories for producing OSL images.

Built artifacts in maven java build stage need to be updated in https://github.com/kubesmarts/osl-images/tree/main/images-dist module.yaml files as for instance at https://github.com/kubesmarts/osl-images/blob/main/images-dist/modules/osl-data-index-ephemeral/module.yaml#L25-L26

Operator image CSV is also here - https://github.com/kubesmarts/osl-images/tree/main/osl-operator-image - to be built instead of [kiegroup/kubesmarts]/kie-tools
