Summary

Images used for serverless logic web tools are using `1.36.0` tag while only built in midstream and the content of them is not 1:1 to OSL product build. This is confusing and might lead to unexpected issues by our customers that are using web tools.

Another problem is confusion, user will expect that 1.36.0 is based on 9.103.0.redhat-00004 of Kogito artifacts, which is not correct for the web tools. This is another issue we need to resolve. See linked issues.

Images are tagged with 1.36.0 while not actually using anything from 1.36.0 product build.

Expected results

No product version is used as a TAG. The most suitable version should be one that resembles the midstream branches. For 1.36.0 the branch is `9.103.x-prod` so it would make sense to tag them with something that matches this.
