Currently, we have a Maven ZIP package that we use to create the OSL Builder image. This zip file contains all the libraries in offline mode that a workflow requires to run and build.

Some users are behind a proxy server, so offering this ZIP as part of the release is valuable for cases like this. They can simply download and install this package locally or in any server that mirrors Maven Central in a private network.

Goals

Offer a Maven repository with all dependencies required to build and run a workflow application in Quarkus DevMode.

The repository must have all the dependencies required for Windows, Linux, and Mac (AMD and ARM).
