      Goal

      Move kiegroup/kie-tools maven pom.xml files to Kubesmarts kie-tools repository
      Ensure CI in midstream complies with these changes and serves its purpose.

      Details

      Currently the kiegroup/kie-tools only has pom.xml files for preparing maven artifacts for OSL container images.

      We need to complete the move from kiegroup to kubesmarts and archive the kiegroup/kie-tools repository to not have duplicated repository in OSL release stream.
