In order to track how much time the team spends into evaluation tasks a new filed called "evaluationTime" is requested.

Evaluation tasks are those performed by team members during the preparation phase so an item can meet the DoR criteria. For example: the preparation of technical design documents, creation of a PoC for a specific feature, assessing the impact of a new feature in the community or product build infrastructure, evaluating the impact on QE test suites or infrastructure, etc... Basically any necessary effort during the analysis/evaluation/assessment of an specific feature or task.

The "evaluationTime" is meant to coexists with the existing "realEffort" field. The latest, reflecting the total time of tasks spent on a given item (evaluation, coding, qe, build, documentation, etc..) whereas the evaluationTime field reflects ONLY the preparation part.
