Currently, time based estimates are used in GH issues. In order to align with story points based estimates performed by other App Services groups we need to consider/define a mechanism to translate time estimates to story points in JIRA.

The ultimate goal here is to be able to integrate SVRLOGIC velocity metrics into any existing Svlss agile dashboard, data collection or visualization mechanism.

One feasible approach could be:

1.- Time estimates can be translated directly into Jira since those fields already exists in Jira

2.- Time estimates can be also reflected as story points in JIRA using for example the following exchange ratio (4h time = 1 story point => i.e: 1 week = 10 story points). The exchange ratio shoud be discussed and/or adjusted eventually. 

The translation process can be initially handled manually by the Jira owner. Notice, there only exists high level representation of features in JIRA, which means Jiras tickets are low compared to all the GH issues representing features and their details.
