Create an initial version of a DoD criteria document for any engineering releated assignment that was identified as ready (see DoR criteria).

Action items:

• Assign a DoD criteria reviewer. Initially, David Gutierrez
• Review the DoD criteria with the different teams functions (Eng, QE, Productization and Docs)
• Set an initial version of a DoD for the team to operate.
• Implement the required policies into the development lifecycle process so the DoD is validated/enforced and prevents any engineering task to move forward without complying with the given criteria.
