Create an initial version of a DoR criteria document for any engineering development assignment, including feature develpment, infrastructure improvement related tasks (CI/CD) bug fixing and establization tasks and documentation efforts. Basically, anything that engineering teams are asked to do as part of an specific target delivery milestone, wheather is a product or community release, a sales PoC, etc...

Action items:

• Assign a DoR criteria reviewer. Initially, David Gutierrez
• Review the DoR criteria with the different teams functions (Eng, QE, Productization and Docs)
• Set an initial version of a DoR for the team to operate.
• Implement the required policies into the development lifecycle process so the DoR  is validated/enforced and prevents any engineering task to move forward without complying with the given criteria.
