To be able to productize the management console image on OSBS we need to convert the image from Containersfile to a Cekit structure.

Upstream issue is https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie-tools/issues/2571

Note that even when community has the cekit descriptor for their image, we will need a separated descriptor for the product in midstream repository, as we need some Red Hat specific things. Also the image in the product should use ubi8 to be follow the same RHEL version we are using for the other images.
