Currently the Bundle points to the sha256 of the Operator (see [1]), so every time the Operator is rebuilt there is a need to update the sha256 of the Operator in the code and rebuild the bundle.

We should investigate if it is possible to use the Operator tag (like 1.33.0) instead of the Operator sha256.
