Create a project

kn create

Open the directory

cd new-project

Run project

kn run

Open http://localhost:8080/q/dev-ui/extensions

Open Serverless Workflow Tools → Workflows → Workflow Definitions

Start Hello Workflow and check the status/result of the workflow

Keep the kn running and check live reload by editing the workflow.sw.json

Save the file and click refresh on the Dev UI page

Expected result: the page is refreshed, workflow can be start again

Current result: there is 503 Error
