SonataFlow Gateway API Research Spike

      This is a placeholder for the upcoming future feature.

      In a nutshell, the goal of this feature is to have an API Gateway for the SonataFlow ecosystem. This API should open access for third parties or any actor within the platform to fetch information about SonataFlow installed in the cluster:

      1. Workflow deployment state in the platform
      2. Runtime information such as workflow input parameter values
      3. Event tracking, audit, and monitoring data

      The API Gateway should provide authentication and authorization for actors to access this information. An easy approach is to reuse Kubernetes tokens.

      Implementation-wise, we should start exploring Kong and a custom plugin for Sonatalow.
