Security: Authentication and Authorization Support

Initial Assessment:
Requirement

After debating the initial assessment, here's the list of the requirements for GA:

1. Enable Authentication and Authorization use cases via custom Kubernetes Ingress. A guide will be created to help users add a security layer on top of their workflow applications.
2. Implement the requirements asked by Parodos/RHDH to support their security use cases. These will be tracked on different JIRAs/Issues.
3. (Stretch) Review authentication/authorization use cases for intercommunication between Jobs Services, Data Index, and Workflows
