Update docs to indicate how to generate images using quarkus native

Since we are deploying kogito as inmutable images, for production environment it will be faster at runtime to use native executable rather than quarkus jars. This implies the user building using native as target and deploying the executable rather than the jars in the pods. The performance gain is potentially huge at the expense of a longer building procedure
