[DOC] Consume and Produce events with Workflows

User Story: As a workflow developer, I want to consume and produce CloudEvents, so that I can build an Event-Driven Architecture in my cluster.

Additional Information: This use case involves OpenShift Serverless Logic (Knative Eventing) to produce and consume messages to workflows.
