As part of the TP2 planning/release we must formulate different operator "prod profile" based deployment scenarios, and be sure they can be executed.

I this scenario we must cover all the deployment details in order to have a workflow pushing information into a Data Index instance. The workflow and the Data Index will belong to the same namespace.
