As part of the TP2 planning/release we must formulate different operator "prod profile" based deployment scenarios, and be sure they can be executed.

I this scenario we must cover all the deployment details in order to have N workflows pushing information into the same Data Index instance. The workflows and the Data Index will belong to the same namespace.
