The goal is to verify the following scenarios:

• Encryption for cluster-local services.
• Internal encrypt for Serving together with Knative Eventing
• Double-check that network traffic between Kourier Gateway, Activator and Queue Proxy (user application) is encrypted.
• Enable/disable tls during runtime and see if the traffic is encrypted from that point (important when enabling this feature at runtime while Knative Services already exist)
